Brad Crocker became President and CEO of Trecora Resources effective June 27, 2022. Mr. Crocker continues to serves as President and CEO of Epsilyte LLC, a position he has filled since November, 2020. Epsilyte is a $500 million producer of advanced insulative materials used in various markets such as building and construction; cold-chain; infrastructure; and personal safety. Prior to Epsilyte, Mr. Crocker was President and CEO of Americas Styrenics LLC from January, 2012 to April, 2020 where he led a $2B chemical and plastic producer marketing products to a wide variety of industries including packaging, automotive, construction, and medical. Mr. Crocker has significant M&A experience including divestitures, acquisitions, and integrations, which was most recently utilized in Epsilyte’s acquisitions of Polysource (May, 2021) and Styrochem (October, 2021). Mr. Crocker earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
Dan Bialkowski joined Trecora in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for corporate financial reporting, audit, treasury, tax, internal controls, and financial planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Trecora, Dan was the Chief Financial Officer for America's Styrenics from 2012 to 2020. Earlier in his career, he held various finance and accounting roles at Laweter, Hexion, and Ashland.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
Prior to joining Trecora, Mr. Silberman served from 2016 to 2020, as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, & Assistant Secretary at Celanese Corporation, a Fortune 500 international diversified chemical company based in Dallas, Texas. In that role, Mr. Silberman served as the lead lawyer overseeing the legal affairs for both the global Acetyl Chain business and the global Supply Chain organization. Before Celanese, Mr. Silberman held several positions from 2004 to 2016 at FMC Corporation, a Fortune 1000 international diversified chemical company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at FMC, Mr. Silberman served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary during which he was the chief M&A and corporate counsel, and prior to that, served as division general counsel for FMC’s global Health and Nutrition division. Before FMC, Mr. Silberman worked for the law firms of Morgan, Lewis, Bockius LLP in Philadelphia from 2000 to 2004, and Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia from 1996 to 2000, and as a Law Clerk and Court Mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden, New Jersey from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Silberman graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Mr. Silberman serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross - Dallas Fort Worth Chapter which serves over 7 million people.
Dr. Peter M. Loggenberg received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics, Honors Degree in Chemistry, Master of Science in Physical Chemistry and a PhD in Chemistry (Catalysis). He was appointed to the office of Chief Sustainability Officer in March 2018. He was President of Trecora Chemical since the Company's acquisition of SSI Chusei, Inc. in October 2014 until his appointment to Chief Sustainability Officer. He served as President of SSI Chusei, Inc. from 2010 through 2014. He continued as President of Trecora Chemical upon the Company's acquisition. He has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry with over 15 years at the corporate level.
Rafael “Ralph” Pons has over 35 years of extensive chemical manufacturing experience at some of the industry’s leading companies. In February 2020, Mr. Pons joined the Company and initially served as the site leader at the Company’s South Hampton Resources facility in Silsbee, Texas. In May 2021, Mr. Pons assumed the role of Chief Manufacturing Officer. Prior to joining Trecora, Mr. Pons worked at Preferred Sands from 2018 until 2019, where he served as Vice President of Operations. From 2016 until 2017, Mr. Pons worked for Celanese Corporation where he served as the site leader at the company’s manufacturing facility located in Clear Lake, Texas. Prior to that role, Mr. Pons served as plant manager at Nalco Champion in Garyville, Louisiana from 2015 until 2016. From 2013 until 2015, Mr. Pons held several different roles of increasing responsibility at Phillips 66. From 1985 until 2013, Mr. Pons worked at Dow Chemical where he held several different roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Pons holds a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
